Jean Michel Fiedler, (San Juan, P.R., 1967)

Pintor y dibujante. En 1986 estudia en Pratt Institue de Nueva York, luego en 1987 en la Universidad de Puerto Rico y finalmente en University of the Art en Pennsylvania. Ha sido profesor en la Liga de Estudiantes de Arte de San Juan, la Universidad del Sagrado Corazón y la Escuela de Artes Plásticas de San Juan. Se ha desempeñado como ilustrador de San Juan City Publications y The San Juan Star. Ha hecho murales, mosaicos, pinturas escenográficas decorativas, ilustraciones y diseños para productos de marcas reconocidas. Se le han otorgado premios entre los que se encuentran: Honor, en Print Magazine 29th Annual International Cover Desing Competition en Nueva York; William H. Ely Award for Excelence in Illustration en Pennsylvania y The Harriet P. Hughes Award for Best Pen and Ink Illustration en Filadelfia. Su obra se ha expuesto en Puerto Rico y Estados Unidos.

Jean Michel Fiedler, (San Juan, P.R., 1967)

Painter and draftsman. In 1986 he studied at the Pratt Institute in New York, in 1987 at the University of Puerto Rico, and finally at the Art University in Pennsylvania. He has been a professor at the San Juan League of Art Students, at Sacred Heart University, and at the School of Visual Arts in San Juan. He has worked as an illustrator for San Juan City Publications and The San Juan Star. He has created murals, mosaics, decorative scenery paintings, illustrations, and designs for well-known brand products. Among the awards he has received are: Honor, in the Print Magazine 29th Annual International Cover Design Competition in New York, the William H. Ely Award for Excellence in Illustration in Pennsylvania, and The Harriet P. Hughes Award for Best Pen and Ink Illustration in Philadelphia. His work has been displayed in Puerto Rico and the United States.
